The breakfast buffet was a delicious start to each day, and I loved lounging by the beautiful pool in the afternoon. The garden area provided a peaceful escape, making it easy to relax after exploring the city. Just a heads-up, the elevator could be a bit slow during peak times, but it didn't put a damper on my experience! 🌞

Kids' club kept the children entertained, but some amenities were disappointing, like the lukewarm shower. Location is convenient and outdoor pool looked nice.

Staying here was a real joy, especially with the kids enjoying the lovely outdoor pool area! We had a great time exploring the downtown area, which was so close and vibrant, making family outings easy and fun.
My kids wished there were more breakfast options for our family. The limited variety didn’t feel very kid-friendly.

The suite was pretty spacious, which was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place felt clean and kept up. The bathroom was decent, but there were some minor issues like a dripping shower. The location is amazing, so close to everything! Didn't love the one tiny water bottle for two people vibe, though.

missingWrote a review on 26 Maygreat locationdelicious breakfast buffetoutdated elevator
Had a great time with friends exploring the local markets and visiting the stunning cenotes nearby. The location is perfect for access to restaurants and nightlife. Make sure to try the breakfast buffet. it's worth it! Just keep an eye on parking, as it can fill up quickly if you're arriving later.
The elevator was out a couple of times during our stay, which made getting to our room a bit frustrating, especially when carrying luggage.
